Michael Laffey

Michael P. Laffey is a member of the Firm's general litigation practice. Upon graduation from the Dickinson School of Law in 2002, Michael served as an assistant district attorney in York County, Pennsylvania, where he successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor cases at trial.

Thereafter, Michael spent nearly ten years at Holsten & Associates in Media, Pennsylvania, where he defended municipalities, district attorneys, police officers, probation officers, and other government employees in tort and civil rights matters in both state and federal court. Prior to joining FEKM, Michael worked as a partner at Connors O'Dell LLC in Exton, Pennsylvania, where he defended individual and corporate clients in premises liability matters, automobile accident cases, and employment disputes.

Michael has extensive trial and appellate experience, and is admitted to practice law in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
